Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.

  • Papers should follow the standard research format:

    • Title

    • Author(s) Name, Affiliation, Email

    • Abstract (150–250 words)

    • Keywords (4–6)

    • Introduction

    • Literature Review

    • Methodology

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion

    • Acknowledgment (if applicable)

    • References

  • Use APA / IEEE referencing style (as specified by the journal).

  • Manuscripts should typically be 6–12 pages (unless otherwise specified).

  • Submit in MS Word format (.doc/.docx).

2. Originality Requirement

  • The manuscript must be original and unpublished.

  • It must not be under review in another journal or conference.

  • Proper citation of previous work is mandatory.

3. Plagiarism Policy

  • All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software.

  • Similarity index should generally be below 15–20% (excluding references).

  • High similarity may lead to rejection or request for revision.

4. Submission Process

  • Authors must submit manuscripts through the online submission system or official journal email.

  • A confirmation email will be sent after successful submission.

  • The review process typically takes 2–4 weeks.

5. Peer Review Process

  • IJERE follows a double-blind peer review.

  • Authors should remove identifying details from the manuscript.

  • Review decisions include:

    • Accept

    • Minor Revision

    • Major Revision

    • Reject

6. Publication Ethics

Authors must:

  • Disclose conflicts of interest.

  • Clearly mention funding sources.

  • Ensure all listed authors have significantly contributed.

  • Provide raw data if requested by editors.

7. Article Processing Charges 

  • Information regarding APC  will be clearly mentioned on the journal website.

  • Fees (if applicable) are payable only after acceptance.
